Silvertip comes from the neck and back of the badger, the hairs are specially selected and inspected before passing for Silvertip brush hairs. The hair is very soft and has a high foaming capacity due to its tremendous moisture retention. These characteristics make the bristles very popular for shaving brushes and are only found on shaving brushes of the highest quality.
