The origins of Bossman

Bossman founder Stephen Condon is known for his gorgeous beard. While growing his beard, he noticed that his thick beard was getting unmanageable and tangled. After testing and researching many brands, Stephen found that almost all beard oils were pretty much the same and wouldn't fit a normal budget to properly care for and moisturize his beard. As a result, Stephen started to create his own beard oil and the first jelly beard oil was born.
